For scheduled work outside of regular maintenance visits, including repairs, and consultations. Includes mobilization (site arrival, customer consultation, pre-work, photo documentation, and job planning), plus the 1st hour of active labor. Additional hours billed at our Technician Labor Rate.
For repairs, clean outs, ongoing projects; billed in addition to maintenance or services. Billed in 15-minute increments following the first hour. Materials not included.
Senior-level design, consultation, and repairs with Andrew. Custom filtration design, complex leak diagnostics, or full site assessments.
Premium for urgent or priority requests including same-day dispatch, weekend service, or after-hours calls.
