I am a new customer and fan of Pacific Pond And Aquarium. They should add fountain to their name. I have a 500 gallon water feature/fountain basically, the size of an inground hot tub (no fish) For 15 years, I’ve struggled to find someone to help with occasional maintenance if the pump breaks down, the water becomes full of algea gets exceptionally dirty after a rain. Then I finally found Pacific Pond & Aquarium. Kaelib came to my house A couple months ago. He was incredibly helpful. Took his time to discuss various options I had regarding the feature. He cleaned up my fountain made it sparkling. I called the company to come back again last week after the rains as it got horribly dirty, and the fountain pump had burned out quite a while ago. Kaelib came back with a new pump, cleaned it all up again. Andrew came out also to check out this unusual water feature and spent good time with me answering questions again helping me figure out some issues that I had with the feature. It’s wonderful to find people in a service industry that actually care about doing their jobs well and providing good service and are friendly and take their time with you actually looking to help solve your problems not add to them As long as Andrew stays in business, I will continue to use and refer others to use Pacific Pond And Aquarium .
