Absolutely amazing! I was having a leak with my fountain and Pacific Pond helped me troubleshoot over the phone. I sent him several photos and videos and he gave me honest insight and even gave personal recommendations on what I should do. Just good honest people who aren't after money and look out for your best interest. I will be using them for all of my future needs.
