Using this site
pacificpond.com belongs to Pacific Pond and Aquarium. By using it you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. The site is here for you to learn about our work and get in touch. Please do not copy it, scrape it, overload it, or try to get past its security. If you do not agree with these terms, the simplest thing is not to use the site.
Quotes and estimates
Free quotes by phone or email are estimates based on what you tell us and the photos you send. Once we see your pond, fountain or tank in person the price can change, and we will tell you before any work starts. Prices on our rate card are current as of the date on that page and can change.
Work begins only under a written agreement. For home improvement work over $500, California requires a written home improvement contract, and ours includes the notices the state requires, such as your right to cancel within three business days and the mechanics lien warning. Nothing on this website is an offer to do work at a particular price.
Photos, videos and reviews
Photos and videos of ponds, fountains and aquariums on this site show work by Pacific Pond and Aquarium or are used with permission. City photos on our service-area page come from Wikimedia Commons, with the photographer and license credited under each one. Reviews are the words of real customers from Google and other review sites, shortened for length in places and never changed in meaning. Every pond is different, so what you see here is not a promise about yours.
Our content
The words, photos, videos and logo on this site belong to Pacific Pond and Aquarium or are licensed to us. You are welcome to link to any page. Please ask before reusing anything else; call (866) 512-1113 and we will usually say yes.
