Questions
Before you call.
What areas do you serve?
The San Fernando Valley is the center of our service area. We also serve nearby cities including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Pasadena, Santa Clarita and Thousand Oaks.
How do I get an estimate for my project?
Use the form on this page to send your info, upload a few photos, and tell us your city and what you're looking for. Or text the photos to (866) 512-1113. We usually get back to you within minutes to hours, and the quote is free by phone or email.
Do you handle both residential and commercial projects?
Yes. We provide design, construction and maintenance for backyard koi ponds, office fountains, and large water features for commercial properties. We carry the insurance commercial properties require, including workers' comp and general liability.
What license and insurance do you carry?
CSLB License #1142677, classification C-27. We carry workers' compensation, general liability and commercial auto insurance.
How often should my pond be serviced?
For health and clarity, we typically recommend a maintenance visit every 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the size of the feature, the fish population and a few other factors. Get in touch and we'll recommend a service schedule.
Why is my pond water turning green?
The immediate cause is a single-cell algae that floats in the water. The underlying cause is usually an imbalance of nutrients, not enough filtration, or both. We can assess your filtration system and pond environment and get the water clear again.
Can you get rid of the algae in my pond?
Here's the truth: algae is a natural part of the ecosystem, so we don't want to eliminate it completely. We want to manage it. We do both immediate knock-down treatments and long-term management. Depending on whether you have pea-soup green water or string algae clinging to the rocks, we use a mix of manual labor, filtration improvements and biological management. The goal isn't just to kill today's bloom, but to balance your pond's ecosystem so it doesn't come back.
