I can't tell you how amazing Andrew has been in helping me get my pond cleared up. When we first moved in the pond was so full of algae I couldn't even see the fish! He has helped me to upgrade my equipment properly and reasonably and for the first time I can see fish and the bottom of the pond. He is reliable and checks in on progress and gets it done! I am so grateful I found Pacific Pond!
DJ and Andrew were awesome! They came out to fix our fountain and pump, figured out the problem quickly, and had everything running again in no time. They were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what was going on without trying to upsell anything. It’s so nice to have the fountain working again. Really happy with their work and would definitely recommend them!
PPA send out Kaelib who was so fast and efficient, as well as informative! The inspected, cleaned, and repaired the pond super fast. First time working with Pacific Pond, will definitely have them out whenever we need pond work done
Highly recommend Pacific Pond and Aquarium for your aquatic habitats. The owner, Andrew, is hands on, quick to respond and runs his company efficiently. His employees are kind and hard working. The fees are very reasonable and they understand customer service. As an owner of my own business, I appreciate their professionalism, knowledge and workmanship. Pacific Pond deserves 10 stars!

Andrew of Pacific Pond came to check out why my Buddha fountain had stopped working- He found the problem and within 15 minutes, it was working perfectly! He is a lovely, talented technician, and I recommend him highly! He fixed what several technicians before him could not! 5 ⭐️’s!

I recently moved into a house with a water feature that was not working properly. After a couple DIY attempts, I contacted Pacific Pond to see if they could help. Kaelib came out a couple days later and did a fantastic job. He thoroughly cleaned the entire feature, tubing, pump, and basin and got it back in working order. He kindly answered all my questions and gave me great tips on maintaining the water feature. I cannot recommend Kaelib and Pacific Pond enough.
