Here's some of what they had to say
My wife found Pacific Pond and Aquarium through online reviews but I tend to be more skeptical unless I am getting a direct referral. I am glad to admit my wife was totally right because they were available the next day, very professional, and very reasonably priced. This is one company you can believe everything you read.
Andrew is always there when we have a problem with our pond/fish! And he fixes it! I highly recommend his service..
I have had an ongoing leak in my pond less waterfall resulting in water loss after a few days. I employed other pond people and myself but wasn’t able to correct the leak. After finding Andrew and describing the problem, he came out as scheduled and moved big rocks, intricate to the stream head, to reposition a slipping liner. The stream has experienced no appreciable water loss since his visit. I highly recommend Andrew and pacific pond and aquarium!

"We are new to Los Angeles via Virginia and were overwhelmed when we "inherited" a fish pond with our new home purchase in West Hollywood. My husband researched pond services in Los Angeles which had a dizzying array of bad reviews accompanying them. As you can imagine, the is a business ripe for abuse--we had one business tell us we should change our pond water every single week ( uh, 1. There is a draught and 2. it's WRONG! Opinion on this varies widely, but one thing is pretty unanimous: in a healthy pond, a total water change should probably not be done. A complete water change is a huge shock to the pond, and everything in the pond). Andrew (the owner of Pacific Pond & Aquarium Service) is a gem. He gave us EXCELLENT pond advice. He also installed a new pump (and smartly), so we could reach the filter easily, and brought us a beautiful variety of plants for the pond. He has incredible integrity which I think you really need in this kind of business where you could easily be sold hundreds of extras (and unnecessary) on a monthly basis. I think it's worth noting: My husband spent hours calling multiple pond services about the specific filter we had and Andrew was the ONLY one who was familiar with our obscure filter Brand and how it compares to other filters on the market. He even educated my husband about the pros and cons of each! Andrew doesn't try to "sell" you anything. He genuinely and deeply cares about what he does and I would go as far as saying he's passionate about what he does. Just the other day I was desperate for some replacement plants for the pond (a raccoon made a meal of a few of the plants we had) and Andrew swung by with some great plants! Don't waste your time anywhere else, go with Andrew and Pacific Ponds."
